Heading ever nearer to 50 (and far quicker than I’d like) I decided to join Stronger for Longer, after a recommendation from a friend.
Thinking that my body was just about done because exercising had always been painful and with crippling anxiety; I genuinely thought I’d last 5 minutes. But, NO! Chris, Zoe, John and Helen are wonderful! They push you enough to make a difference and are so supportive of all my body’s quirks. Seriously they’ve seen it all. I started with PT sessions and now have the confidence and more strength to join in with the other sessions. Honestly, I can’t recommend them enough. Oh, I’ve lost weight and lost pretty much all my anxieties, so WIN WIN.
