I joined body complete because I was a lonely runner who had plateaued with speed, endurance and weight loss.

Since joining and learning how to avoid the rubbish food I aways ate after a run, I’ve maintained a good weight and knocked down my pbs in races.

The speedwork sessions are brutal but it’s the best session you can do. I learnt to push myself and not think of pain! I’ve got a sub 2 hour half marathon, I’ve so far knocked 20 mins off my marathon pb, hit a 50:00 10k and learnt to tolerate 5ks! My best achievement to date is 5th lady in a packed field at a Hardmoors half marathon, I felt strong and fast round the whole 16 miles. If you need running help, look no further
