After too many children and a kite-surfing injury I was in serious need of specialist attention when it came to exercise.

Chris assessed my abilities and weak spots and explained that not only was my core shot, but also my shoulders weren’t functioning and that both core and shoulders were supposed to function as a unit – who knew?!

Several months later, with exercises tailored to my needs within the semi private class, my core is stronger than it’s ever been, I have lats and glutes that know when to engage and surprisingly they can do it together! I’m still working on improving my upper body strength but I know that I will get there, and that my goal of doing a pull up isn’t just a pipe dream.
