At Body Complete we want to give our clients a holistic service. This means setting individual time aside to receive valuable 1-2-1 mentoring with Chris to ensure every member gets the most out of their experience with Body Complete and their Accountability.
So this is our message to our Clients:
Some of us might have started this year with some New Year resolutions. Mine is to read more books, Chris’ is to drink more water (albeit flavoured!). They might not be big intentions: mere changes of habit, or they could be more substantial like a weight loss target or a social event or holiday where you want to look and feel good or a sporting event where you need to perform to a particular self-set standard. Where there is a personal health or fitness target please let us help you achieve those goals.
You are entitled to individual time with Chris to sit and down assess where you are at now and where you want to be in the short or longer term. He will help you with the planning, creating the right mind-set, give you the motivation and the knowledge (if required) to ensure you commit to what it is you want to achieve. Accountabilities are important as a starting point and will help you focus on what’s important to you this year. Monthly check-ins will keep you on track and minimise potential excuses for why you are not where you want to be.
We all begin with the best of intentions and each of you has invested your time and effort (not to mention £) in living a healthier lifestyle with Body Complete. Please let us support you in getting the most out of your investment.
