What’s new at Body Complete this summer?

We always strive to better the service for our clients and this summer has been no exception. Here’s what been going on!

1) We moved away from large group / outdoor training for good and have put all our energies into expanding our Semi Private Membership service (BCSP):

Our primary focus is now on one thing and that is personal coaching. I have always felt that you get the best out of clients when you can coach them in a more individual way, dealing with everyone’s fitness needs on a case by case basis. The semi-private coaching membership is totally focused on that and I believe works very well in our smaller sessions. We can really help our clients reach their fitness goals when we can offer a diverse exercise programme with unlimited access to any of the sessions available in a week. From 1st July we now have a choice of 19 Semi Private Classes a week. We offer a wide variety of times and class types to suit everyone’s needs and lifestyles. I have ensured we have the right blend of High intensity sessions, balanced with technical strength sessions and gentler mobility and stretching classes so that we work all muscle groups appropriately to maximise your fitness experience.

2) We now have 4 fully qualified and experienced members of staff, all of whom bring something different to the table.

 Our BCSP classes are now taken by either me, Jon, Bob or George, bringing a variety of teaching styles to each class, which keeps sessions interesting, fun, challenging and informative. The range of age and experience brings the best possible blend of instruction to the sessions. In addition, we have also the very experienced Charlotte Adams of Movement Therapy taking two Pilates classes a week for Body Complete, free to our members.

 

3) Our clients are always at the forefront of our minds and the personal service we provide remains second to none in Scarborough

Every month we have a client of the month award recognising an individual’s effort and progress towards meeting their own goals. These awards are very inspiring as it proves we can make a real difference to each person who trains with us. Because we really want you to get the benefits too here is our RE-LAUNCH OFFER available to 10 new clients.

If you are interested in trying our BCSP membership this summer we would like to promote our offer price of £80 per month for 2 months ie. the duration of the 9 week programme. This  gives you an opportunity to try the whole range of classes at a discounted rate. Our new client offer is an excellent price at only two thirds of the actual monthly membership. Week one begins on Monday 12th August so get in touch. Spaces are limited.

Top tip: For you to get the most out of this offer make the sessions part of your routine by picking at least 3 that work for you and stick to attending those. Any more is a bonus and brings the unit price of each class down to below £6.50.  

 

4) Stronger For Longer (SFL) is our exciting new membership proposition that we are introducing for the older adult looking to improve their health and fitness.

In August we will be piloting our new programme for older adults. This has been carefully designed to accommodate those clients who might find the BCSP too high intensity in parts and who need a gentler ease back into exercise We will focus on six key cornerstones, highlighted below. Stronger for Longer has been thoughtfully designed with the over 55’s in mind, who are wanting to keep active, strong and fit throughout their retirement years!

We at Body Complete want to help all generations to keep moving for as long as possible. Classes have been set up specifically for our older clients, allowing them to feel comfortable and confident in our sessions with like-minded individuals.

Here is an overview of what you get with your SFL membership, starting on Monday 2nd September:

The pilot programme, starting on 5th August and lasting for 4 weeks, offers 5 one hour sessions every weekday. This trial is completely FREE and comes with no strings attached. Give it a go! You have nothing to lose.
