Going to the gym can be pretty boring after a while. It’s hard to find the motivation to go. Therefore, we bring you are Small Group Training, your remedy to the gym. This is an affordable results-driven programme suitable for everybody.
Sessions will vary all the time, utilising the latest progressions in fitness equipment. You’ll be doing strength training, partner work and high intensity exercises to build muscle, incinerate fat and get your heart pumping. You’ll be in safe hands with our trained coaches as they ensure you’re working safely whilst still pushing you to your max. Our sessions are always fun and light hearted, welcoming and accommodating to all, regardless of fitness ability or age.
We run 5 sessions a week which run at our indoor functional training suite on St Thomas Street. One of our most popular sessions is solely designed to provide running coaching delivered by our expert Head Coach.
