Developed especially for those that want to receive the benefits from personalised, tailored plans whilst still enjoying the support of like-minded individuals in a friendly environment. There is no better way to achieve fast body changing results.

We make sure you are reaching your fitness goals by keeping each and every session strictly capped at 6 members. There are 14 semi private coaching sessions a week to accommodate all schedules, from early morning, lunchtime, evenings to weekends. So there’s no excuse!

With Semi-Private coaching you get loads of extra benefits! These include:

  • A one hour initial consultation that includes identifying your needs, setting fitness goals, body diagnostics and a functional movement screen.
  • Bespoke nutritional guidance and a targeted nutrition plan which includes supported shopping visits and food tasting seminars.
  • Monthly accountability sessions where we’ll take some measurements, set some goals, discuss your diet and nutrition and how to achieve that healthy lifestyle. We want to know how you’re doing and what we can do to make your experience with us the best it can be.
  • 24 hour support from our committed trainers. Whenever you need us we are here to help, no matter what.
  • Full unlimited access to 9 Small Group Training sessions.
  • Access to our Mobile App for easy and flexible booking of sessions.
  • Online Members only page for support with coaches and from other clients. This private Facebook page is to discuss sessions, share healthy eating tips, meeting up for extra workouts or any questions you would like answering.
  • Referral reward scheme for introducing a friend.
