This prestigious award acknowledges an individual’s effort. It usually goes to a client who has shown us that they are completely committed to their own fitness (whatever their level) and who always strives to get the most of the service we provide at Body Complete. We want our clients to not only achieve their fitness goals but to have fun and unwavering enthusiasm for the type of group training we provide. Our chosen client for this month demonstrates all of this in spades.
SARAH CRAWFORD IS OUR JUNE CLIENT OF THE MONTH
Sarah Crawford has been training with Body Complete for 8 months. She is going from strength to strength quite literally. Previously Sarah won this award for her progress in technique, form and general fitness as well as her improved nutrition which has enabled her to lose fat and put on muscle.
Sarah is a member of our Semi Private training membership, attending 4-5 sessions a week. In addition to this she has a 1-2-1 coaching hour with Chris each week to tackle her poor core stability and target a lack of upper body strength. Chris set her a task to achieve unassisted chin ups in just 6 weeks so they have practised and focused exercises around her upper body to help her achieve this. I think she suprised herself this week in managing 3 completely unassisted chin ups which is an excellent result. She has continued to lose fat, bringing her overall weight down and has transformed her body shape. She has muscular tone and has gained a good cardio fitness.
Sarah is so unassuming and is a wonderful addition to the Cult ….. I mean BC Gang! Chris enjoys training Sarah because he believes in her desire to improve and can see she listens and learns and progresses every month. She is STILL his perfect client because she is an inspiration to all of us: her commitment to achieving her own goals, her resilience not to give up when it gets too hard, her self control when it comes to embracing healthy eating habits, and finally her general good naturedness means Sarah is a delight to train. We all love her.
