Denise Skelton is this year’s Body Complete CLIENT OF THE YEAR.
This lady is absolutely amazing. She is a BCSP or semi-private coaching client who turns up to every session with a smile on her face and a can-do attitude. For a petite lady she has incredible strength. She also shows a determination to keep pushing herself to get fitter. She is as committed now as she has ever been, 3 years after joining, and is a wonderful example of how to get the best out of the Body Complete experience. She never complains despite sometimes experiencing pain in her knees and that positive, sunny disposition also wins her the People’s Choice Award, along with Jackie Teasdale and Dave Shaw, as voted by our clients.
