Nicki Edmond is our client of the month for May. Nicki joined us as a BCSP member at the end of February. Despite working full time she manages her time carefully to fit in 3-4 sessions a week. The original goal was to support her running which she loves to do. Since then, despite various historic, painful back issues she has managed to run another a half marathon in May. This is down to her determination to get the most out of the classes and doing the right exercises correctly to make steady improvements in her fitness. Well done Nicki. You are a great addition to the BC Gang – we love your constantly cheery disposition. keep up the good work.
