Here are the details of our exciting new programme, Stronger for Longer, which we are piloting this August for FREE. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to trial our exercise plan for older adults, before our official launch of the programme on Monday 2nd September.
We will be offering a free exercise class every week day from 5th August for 4 weeks which we would love you to try with no strings attached.
Monday SFL1 10:30am
Tuesday Pilates 12 noon
Wednesday SFL2 10:30am
Thursday SFL3 11:00am
Friday Pilates 1:30pm
