On Monday 2nd September we will be launching our Programme for Older Adults
It’s called Stronger for Longer and it has been thoughtfully designed for those wanting to keep active, strong and fit.
We want to help all generations to keep moving for as long as possible. Classes have been set up specifically for our older clients, allowing them to feel comfortable and confident in our sessions with like-minded individuals. I have created a plan that has all the elements of our Semi Private Coaching Programme but I have approached it as a bit of a master class, taking clients back to basics so that they can learn how to do the exercises properly from the beginning. There are still strength and cardio sessions but in addition to that there is a focus on core stability and flexibility.

Our FREE classes start on 5th August and run for four weeks. There will be one class every week day to choose from but we recommend that you try as many as possible to see the benefits. Then you can make an informed decision about whether this programme is right for you.
