We are looking for a level 3 qualified PT to work We are looking for a level 3 qualified PT to work flexible part time hours within our bespoke training gym, to join our growing team. You need to be capable of coaching small groups of adults on various technical elements of fitness (from basic mobility through to cardiovascular and strength training). You need to be able to apply your knowledge and experience and adapt your training style to deal with all types of health issues. We have a broad range of clients some of whom need rehabilitation work, whilst others want to improve their performance within a specific sport. You must be capable of adapting to meet the specific needs of each client as we offer a very personalised training approach. We are a small friendly team who always put our clients first. You must have good interpersonal skills to build the confidence and trust of those you are coaching. A passion and a thirst for knowledge and self improvement within the fitness industry is a must. Working under our head coach with many years experience you will receive all the support you need to develop your knowledge and skills to further your career.
