We always offer any prospective client a free Health and Fitness consultation with me, Chris Stringer, Head Coach & Owner. This is vital to our understanding of your needs and covers areas such as your current state of physical health, any relevant lifestyle stresses affecting your general wellbeing, your nutrition and most importantly your fitness aspirations. Once you are part of the Body Complete team, you will receive a 1-2-1 Functional Movement Screening. This puts your body through a series of simple postural tests to highlight any weaknesses or misalignments. It is also hugely informative in terms of planning the right fitness approach for you, taking into account areas of strength and weakness, to enable us to meet your goals. We work with a number of different clients of varying ages and fitness levels and we constantly review our personal training approach with each of them to ensure we meet their aspirations.
